Partner Operation Capability API (Reseller Model)

HUAWEI CLOUD provides the operation capabilities for the reseller model for partners to manage customers, transactions, cloud services, bills, and service tickets on your sales platform.

Verifying customer registration information

This API is used to check whether the account name, and mobile number or email address entered by the customer can be used for registration.

Sending a verification code

If customers enter email addresses for registration, this API is used to send a registration verification code to the email addresses to verify the registration information.

Creating a customer

This API is used to create a HUAWEI CLOUD account for a customer when the customer creates an account on your sales platform, and bind the customer account on the partner sales platform to the HUAWEI CLOUD account. In addition, the HUAWEI CLOUD account is bound to the partner account.

Real-name authentication

Submitting an individual real-name authentication application

An individual customer can apply for real-name authentication on the partner sales platform. Currently, two authentication methods are supported: using the individual certificate and using individual bank card.

Submitting an enterprise real-name authentication application

Enterprise customers can perform enterprise real-name authentication on the partner sales platform.

Submitting a real-name authentication change application

Customers can submit real-name authentication change applications on the partner sales platform. Currently, customers can change real-name authentication using individual information to using enterprise information.

Querying the real-name authentication review result

If the response to a real-name authentication application or real-name authentication change application indicates that manual review is required, this API can be used to query the review result.

This API is used to query your customers on the partner sales platform.

Transaction management

Customer budget management

Querying customers' budgets

This API can be used to query the budget of a customer for the partner to determine whether to adjust the budget.

Setting customers' budgets

This API is used to set or adjust a customer's budget.

Cloud service purchasing

Querying product prices based on the product specifications

The partner sales platform obtains the product prices on the HUAWEI CLOUD official website based on the product catalog.

Switching from the partner sales platform to the HUAWEI CLOUD portal

This API is used to switch from the partner sales platform to the HUAWEI CLOUD portal using a link to purchase cloud services, such as ECS, EVS, VPC, and EIP.

Yearly/monthly order management

Querying orders

After a customer purchases yearly/monthly resources, it can query the orders in different status on the partner sales platform, such as in the pending approval, processing, canceled, completed, and pending payment statuses.

Querying order details

A customer can query order details on the partner sales platform.

Paying yearly-monthly product orders

A customer can pay yearly-monthly product orders in the pending payment status on the partner sales platform.

Unsubscribing yearly/monthly products that fail to be provisioned or changed

A customer can unsubscribe yearly-monthly product orders in the subscribed, changing, or failed to be provisioned status on the partner sales platform.

Canceling orders in the pending payment status

A customer can cancel subscription of yearly-monthly product orders in the pending payment status on the partner sales platform.

Querying customer's yearly/monthly resources

A customer can query one or all yearly/monthly resources on the partner sales platform.

Querying resource provisioning details of an order

A customer can query resource details and provisioning status of an order on the partner sales platform.

Querying the amount of unsubscription orders

A customer can query the resources and original orders of the unsubscription amount for an unsubscription order or degrade order.

Renewing yearly/monthly resources

A customer can renew its yearly/monthly resources on the partner sales platform.

Unsubscribing yearly/monthly resources

A customer can unsubscribe its yearly/monthly resources on the partner sales platform.

Configuring automatic renewal for yearly/monthly resources

A customer can configure automatic renewal for its yearly/monthly resources on the partner sales platform.

Canceling automatic renewal for yearly/monthly resources

A customer can cancel automatic renewal for its yearly/monthly resources on the partner sales platform.

Pay-per-use resource management

Querying customer's pay-per-use resources

A customer can query its pay-per-use resources on the partner sales platform. The on-demand resource data has a latency, and the latency for each cloud service data varies. The data obtained using this API is for reference only.

Managing customer consumptions

Querying customer resource usage

A partner can subscribe the customer resource usage on the Partner Center on HUAWEI CLOUD to learn the resource usage of its customers.

Switching from the partner sales platform to the HUAWEI CLOUD portal

This API is used to switch from the partner sales platform to the HUAWEI CLOUD portal using a link to manage cloud service resources.

Querying monthly bills

The partner sales platform displays the monthly bills, and then you can settle the bills with HUAWEI CLOUD.

Customer bill

Querying monthly expenditures

After a partner subscribes to the partner bill (customer consumption details) on the Partner Center on HUAWEI CLOUD, the partner can rate its customers, and the partner sales platform will generate the customer bills based on this bill and allow the partner to perform reconciliation with HUAWEI CLOUD.

Service ticket management

Service ticket creation

Creating service tickets

A customer or partner creates a HUAWEI CLOUD service ticket on the partner sales platform. The partner sales platform forwards the service ticket to the HUAWEI CLOUD after-sales service team.

Querying templates

When a customer or partner submits a service ticket on the partner sales platform, the customer or partner needs to enter the required information based on a template.

A customer or partner can query HUAWEI CLOUD service tickets submitted by itself on the partner sales platform.

Querying service ticket details

A customer or partner can query details of a HUAWEI CLOUD service ticket submitted by itself on the partner sales platform.

Service ticket operation

Performing operations on a service ticket

A customer or partner can perform operations on a service ticket submitted by itself, such as urging, deleting, closing, and canceling the service ticket.

Adding messages

A customer or partner can add messages on the service ticket details page, for example, adding confidential information, providing information required for the customer service handling the service ticket, or asking about the service ticket handling progress.
