What Should I Do If an Error Occurs on My DSS Disk?

If an error occurs, the disk may show one of the states listed in Table 1. Take the following measures to handle the exceptions.

Delete the disk in the Error state and create another one.

Contact customer service.

Expansion failed

Customer service personnel will contact you and help you handle this error. Do not perform any operations on the disk before they contact you. If you require that the error be handled as soon as possible, contact customer service.
