What Do I Do When Text Box Prompt Information Does Not Disappear?

When you log in to HUAWEI CLOUD, sign up for HUAWEI CLOUD, bind a HUAWEI CLOUD account, retrieve a password, or change a password, there are some situations in which the text box prompt information does not disappear. For example, "Enter at least 5 characters." cannot disappear because the text box does not support Internet Explorer 8 or an earlier version. You can address the issue using the following methods:

  • Upgrade your version of Internet Explorer.

    Upgrade to Internet Explorer 9 or later.

  • Change your browser.

    Use Mozilla Firefox (version 38.0 or later) or Google Chrome (version 43.0 or later).
