Unlocking a User

If a user is locked by the administrator or because the user's login attempts exceed the value of Number of Password Retries, the administrator can unlock the user on MRS Manager.


  1. On MRS Manager, click System.
  2. In the Permission area, click Manage User.

  3. In the row of a user you want to unlock, choose Unlock User.

  4. In the window that is displayed, click OK to unlock the user.
