What Should I Do If the Source Server Information Is Not Displayed on the Source Management Page?

If the migration Agent is installed and configured on the source server, but the source server information is not displayed on the Source Management page on the SMS console. You need to perform the following operations:

  1. Check whether the source server can access HUAWEI CLOUD using the following method:

    For source servers that run a Windows OS, use a browser to access HUAWEI CLOUD.

    For source servers that run a Linux OS, use Wget or Curl commands to perform the check.

  2. If the network connection is normal, check the status of the migration Agent on the source server.

    If the system displays a message indicating that the authentication fails, check the AK and SK.

    If the Agent displays a message indicating that the AK or SK is incorrect, check the AK and SK or generate a new AK and SK by performing steps provided in How Can I Obtain the AK and SK for an IAM User? and enter the new ones.
